About Abloom Skincare

At Abloom, we believe that what you can't eat, you shouldn't put on your skin either.

That's why we develop and produce our skincare entirely in-house, using exclusively 100% natural, organic, vegan ingredients.

Our mission is clear: to make 100% healthy and truly effective skincare the new standard in cosmetics.

From our location in Eemnes, our production, office, training space and fulfillment are all under one roof. Our team consists of 9 dedicated colleagues and is growing fast. That is why we are looking for a new colleague.

The role

As an All-round Production & Fulfillment Employee, you make sure our products are filled, packaged and made ready for shipment with the greatest care. You work according to fixed quality and hygiene protocols and contribute every day to ensuring our customers receive a perfect product.

You also handle order processing and make sure orders are shipped correctly and on time.

It's a varied role in which accuracy, a sense of responsibility and quality are central.

What will you do?

Your tasks include, among others:

• Filling our skincare products according to fixed work instructions.

• Labelling, packaging and inspecting products.

• Preparing and processing customer orders for shipment.

• Packing webshop and retail orders.

• Carrying out quality checks during the production and packaging process.

• Recording production data and flagging any deviations.

• Managing stock of packaging materials and finished products.

• Indicating in good time when materials need to be ordered.

• Cleaning materials, workstations and the production environment.

• Working in accordance with HACCP, hygiene and safety regulations.

• Contributing ideas for improvements in the production and logistics process.

Who are you?

You are someone who likes to work carefully and takes pride in a perfect end result. You are structured, reliable and have an eye for detail.

You also bring:

• At least MBO level 4 working and thinking level (Dutch secondary vocational education).

• Affinity with natural cosmetics, herbs and organic products.

• An accurate and organised way of working.

• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• Command of English is a plus.

• Experience in production, logistics or order processing is a plus.
