Naturally rich in antioxidants, our cleanser soothes, moisturises and calms even the most sensitive and demanding skin.
Soothing Lotion:This powerful antibacterial lotion is an absolute winner when it comes to irritated, sensitive or problem-prone skin. Do you suffer from acne, eczema, rosacea or couperose? Our 100% Organic Soothing Lotion contains high doses of therapeutic and medicinal plants, flowers and herbs. We use frankincense and orange, both with antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties to protect and repair the natural skin barrier of the epidermis. Our French lavender and wild chamomile will help sooth and calm your skin while reducing redness and the feeling of dryness and itchiness at the same time. STEP 1
Organic Purifying Cleanser: Our skin therapist advices not to clean your face too often. You don't want your skin to be too clean. The good bacteria in your sebum are very effective against the bad bacteria that cause acne. In the morning splash your face with cold water and only clean your face at night, using our Abloom Organic Purifying Cleanser. The therapeutic and anti-septic ingredients are very gentle and will not further irritate your skin.
STEP 2
Organic Soothing Lotion: To help calm the inflammation use our lotion in the morning and in the evening after using the cleanser. Our lotion contains frankincense, orange and lavender: ingredients that are anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial and help calm and soothe the skin.
STEP 3
Organic Miracle Oil: "Really, an oil?" Yes! it may sound counterproductive but a natural oil will help normalise the sebum production without clogging your pores. A cream not so much, according to our skin therapist. So try to stay away from Day & Night cream until your skin has somewhat normalised.
Apply as a last step in your routine.
STEP 4
Organic Enzyme Peeling: To help prevent pores from clogging we advise you to use our Organic Enzyme Peeling 2 times a week. To ensure all the ingredients retain their effectiveness, it is vital to keep the mask moist on the skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of the mask powder with 1 tablespoon of organic honey or kefir and apply directly onto thoroughly cleansed skin, including the eye area. Leave the peeling on for a maximum of ten minutes (for sensitive skin 5-7 minutes). Rinse with lukewarm water and finish with a splash of cold water. Use once a week as maintenance.
STEP 5
Organic Green Detox Mask: In addition, and to strengthen your skin's natural barrier, use our Green Detox Mask once a week. Our freeze dried organic masks can be mixed with honey (anti-bacterial) or kefir yoghurt (strengthening the microbiome of your skin).
