Rosacea skin
Nice red cheeks may look very healthy. But if this is caused by rosacea, you are dealing with an inflammation in your body you can’t see. Rosacea is caused by an imbalance between omega 3 and omega 6 and causes low grade inflammation at the cellular level. This manifests itself first in the skin: dilated capillaries on the cheeks, redness, irritation and sometimes also pimples.
Note: Do not use oils, not even natural oils when experiencing an active flare up of rosacea.
Calm your skin in 4 steps
1. Rebalance your skin barrier
Our skin therapist advices "less is better" with rosacea. In the morning splash your face only with cold water and use our mild Organic Purifying Cleanser at night. The therapeutic ingredients are very gentle, help calm down the inflammation and will not further irritate your skin.
2. Calming serums
Rosacea does not like fatty substances (not even natural ones), which may be very difficult if you want something soothing on your skin. Our advice is to layer both our Organic Hydrating Toner and Soothing Lotion. They are abundantly packed with anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial ingredients while at the same time help calm rosacea.
ESTHER R.
" I bought the Rosacea Regimen Box to see if it works. And yes, it works very well. My skin looked calmer after two days. I stopped using it and switched to my old day cream and night cream, and my skin looks worse again. So, we're sticking with Abloom " .
