Job Title: Social Media Marketer

About the Role

Are you a creative social media expert with a passion for skincare? At Abloom Skincare, we are looking for a Social Media Marketer to lead our social media activities and grow our online presence across all platforms. You'll be responsible for building an engaged online community, exciting our audience, and sharing our beautiful brand and products with the world.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts: Oversee all of Abloom's social media channels, ensuring alignment with our marketing calendar and themes. You’ll conceptualize and develop campaigns to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
• Create impactful content: Plan, produce, and post high-quality, on-brand content tailored to each platform.
• Run campaigns: Design and execute innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and salons.
• Influencer marketing: Build relationships with (micro)influencers and salon owners who align with Abloom’s brand, expanding our reach and attracting new customers.

We are looking for a dynamic, driven individual who lives and breathes social media and has a passion for skincare.

• Demonstrate proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts, preferably in the skincare industry.
• Excel at creating engaging, visually compelling content tailored to the target audience.
• Are a self-starter with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Have experience successfully executing social media campaigns and effectively promoting content.
• Possess expertise in influencer marketing, including finding, building, and maintaining partnerships that align with our brand values.
