DAMAGE

All orders are carefully checked before leaving our distribution warehouse. If you receive products that are damaged or that do not meet your requirements, please send us an e-mail with your order number, article number(s), tracking number (you can find the tracking number in the confirmation e-mail), and your e-mail address and telephone number. If possible, please attach photos of the damaged products. Please notify us of damaged products within 14 days of receiving your package. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note: The cardboard shipping box may be damaged during transportation. If there are any damages, we ask that you do the following:

  • In case of minimal damage, we request that you accept the package. In such cases the products and product packaging is often undamaged. But don't forget to make a note on your confirmation of receipt and take photos of the damaged package.
  • If the shipping box is badly damaged, we ask that your refuse to accept the package. In this case, contact us directly via e-mail at info@abloomskincare.com.
