All Abloom Holistic Skincare purchases can be returned (unopened) within 14 business days from the date you received your order.
Returned products must be returned in the same condition as in which they were received, with the original label. We do not accept incomplete returns or products that have been opened, used and/or damaged.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?
If you'd like to return a product, we request that you first inform us of the return via e-mail. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Reason for return
- Contact details
- Order number
- Article number
- Tracking number
You can find your order number, the article number(s), and tracking number in the confirmation e-mail that you received after placing your order.
If possible, return the products in the original packaging. Send return shipments to:

Return shipping costs are to be paid by you. Products are returned at your own risk. We do not accept returns of which we have not been notified.
As soon as we have received and checked the returned products, you will receive an email from us. We aim to refund all returns (including the original shipping costs) within 5 business days, after we’ve received and checked the returned products. Reimbursement is based on your original form of payment.
We do not exchange products. If you would like a different product, first follow the return process and then place a new order.
