HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER AT ABLOOM?
Shopping at Abloom Holistic Skincare is simple and quick. As soon as you've found the product you're looking for, simply click on ‘Add to basket’. Then click on ‘Continue shopping’ or click on ‘Checkout’. You can choose to order as a registered customer or as a guest.
After completing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Abloom with your order information. Please note: the confirmation e-mail might be in your Spam folder.
You can view the status of your order in the following ways:
- Check your e-mail. While placing your order, you filled in your e-mail address. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to this e-mail address, as will updates about the status of your order.
- Contact us. If you have any questions about your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call on +31 (0)38 750 55 55.
Abloom may cancel your order or part of your order for several different reasons. These can include the following:
- Products are currently not available
- Problems with payment
- Shipping to this address is not possible
- The order has been placed double.
If your order has been cancelled, you will receive an e-mail stating the reason for cancellation. You will not be billed for products that have been cancelled by Abloom. As soon as an order has been cancelled it cannot be reactivated.
